These beautifully presented detached houses provide a stunning, high quality holiday base in the centre of York. Both of our properties, set in a private cul de sac, are furnished and decorated to a high standard and have lovely views from the upstairs lounge over York's Medieval Walls, just metres away. The houses are a 5 minute walk to the town's main shopping area where you will be surrounded by fine restaurants, tearooms and bars in minutes!

| Baby stuff |
Your little ones will sleep easy in our Mama and Papa's baby cot! We can provide a cot sheet and blanket, high chair, baby monitor and stair gate. Just let us know you need them when you book! |
| Showers, baths and wc! |
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room , offering shower, sink and wc. The house bathroom can be found on the top floor, adjacent to the twin bed room and offers bath, sink and wc. In Ashling House 1, there is also a hand held shower attachment. On the ground floor you will find a cloakroom with sink and wc. |

We challenge you to genuinely find something you need that we have not already provided! In terms of hardware, you will find a microwave, Zanussi oven (electric) and a gas hob, toaster, coffee maker, full size dishwasher and a fridge freezer (with 3 drawers) |

This small ground floor room is a great escape for those who enjoy gaming. There is a Gamecube with a selection of games and multiple controllers so that the fun can be shared. |

All house linen and toweling is provided. Gas central heating and hot water are all included in the price. There is a washing machine and clothes airer. |

To help you keep your mess to a minimum, Dads, we have provided you with cleaning material and dishwasher tablets! Just take a peek under the sink! |
| Parking |
Each property has a secure garage and further on road parking up to the front door. |
| Outside |
To the front of the houses there is a small grassed area shared by all residents in the cul de sac. To the rear of the properties, there is a small shaded area to sit out. Also a clothes line. |
| Communications |
We may not provide a phone, but there is Wifi access! You will also find that your mobile phone receives good signal throughout the house. |
